Thanks so much for your interest in Bold and Bright Academy Online! We do not offer free trials because it is important for us to get to know each learner's needs before we work with them. What we offer instead is a free meet the teacher call. In this call, we would like to connect with both you and your child. This allows us to hear from both of you, so we can accurately understand the struggles you are looking to solve, and get to know your child personally. We will ask some questions to get to know you a little better, and you are welcome to bring your questions to us, as well. If we all feel like this is a good fit for your family, we can talk about what classes would work best for your family, then get you registered and ready for your child's first day of classes! If you are not satisfied with the program after your first month, we offer a refund for your first month's tuition.

Do parents have to be present?

No. You do, however, need to log your child into the online classroom at the start of each live class, but then you can either stay or do other things you need to do.

Do I have to buy any extra supplies?

No. Our curriculum is designed to be hands-on and self-contained within our preschool class each day so you don't have to buy any additional supplies.

Is it easy to access?

Yes. You can access our On Demand library from any device and add the portal to the home screen as an app. Live classes are on Zoom on any device where you have internet.

Is there a registration fee?

There is a $15 registration fee for all live classes to hold your spot, which will be applied to your first months tuition when you start the program

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes.

Do you give a refund if I'm not happy?

Yes! We don't think this will be a problem, but if you are not happy with our program after your first month, let us know and we will give you a free refund.

What if I miss a class?

If your child isn't able to make it to one of their live classes, They can throw on one of our awesome on demand classes to keep the learning going!
